The management of Joyak Janaiva Nigeria Limited is firmly committed to a program aimed at reducing injuries and accidents to an absolute minimum. The success of this program depends upon full participation by every member of the Joyak Janaiva team. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objectives of reducing the risk of injury.

Injuries and accidents are costly, not only in terms of suffering and loss of employee wages, but also in terms of Joyak Janaiva success and damage to our public image. Joyak Janaiva is ultimately responsible for worker’s health and safety, and we give you our promise that every reasonable precaution will be taken for the protection of workers.

Employees in a supervisory role on any job site will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. They must ensure that all equipment is safe and that workers comply with all safety practices and procedures and that workers are adequately trained to safely perform their duties.

Workers must protect their own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices established by the company. Report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor.

Any subcontractors engaged by Joyak Janaiva Nigeria Limited must comply with our safety policies.
